So why is meal planning so important? And why should you plan your meals anyway? It’s a fact that successful people are successful because they plan their activities. Now, this applies to EVERYTHING in life. I am an advanced scuba diver, imagine jumping into the water with no plan. That is a recipe for disaster.
If you have ever read any PADI scuba diving incident, you will see that one of the main reasons why things went wrong was lack of planning. I can even expand this to my Project Manager’s job. Number one reason projects are unsuccessful is bad planning or no planning. The list goes on and on. What I am telling you today is that your journey to healthy and fit needs to be planned. YES, there will always be variations to your daily plans but if you don’t plan, you are planning to fail.
There are other reasons why planning makes sense, but these are the most important reason in my opinion. Now, it’s time to take action!
