Time to Scuba Dive, Snowboard and exercise!!

It’s that time of the year again where the temperatures drop below comfortable levels so I have no choice but to put my motorcycles away.  But that brings the opportunity to do other things such as scuba diving, snowboarding and exercise.  The beauty of working out at home is that you get to put your excuses aside.  Yes, you can’t blame the weather unless you are keeping your house below freezing.  lol.  Ok, that may save you some money, but let’s be honest.  No one is doing that.  So this is a great opportunity to pack on serious muscle and increase our strength over the winter.  As you know, my favorite home program for mass gaining is Body Beast! No, it’s not an opportunity to get fat and eat until you pass out.  This is a great time to focus on strength training and put our cardio goals to the side for a little while.  As the summer approach, we can shift the focus to cutting by decreasing our calories and increasing our cardio workouts.  But right now, we are in the off season and it’s time to get stronger.  It’s also time to go away and find somewhere warm if you can.  I am a scuba diver and I consider myself a world traveler so I am always looking for warm places to go to.  I think this year, I will keep it simple and go to Fort Lauderdale.  I have always heard good things about their dive sites.

This is what my bike looked the other day.  Do you ride motorcycles?  If so, do you get sad when you have to put them away?  It’s almost the saddest day of the year for me!

Don’t forget this is a great time to exercise and find other activities to stay active.  Do more!  Stay consistent team! Consistency will pay off. Bring it!!
